Appraisal/Consultation Experience:

Over forty years of appraisal experience which has encompassed a wide variety of real estate assignments including single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, apartments, office buildings, corporate headquarters, medical clinics, industrial buildings, shopping centers, car dealerships, restaurants, service stations, subdivisions and a variety of special purpose facilities.

Appraisal clients include government and non-profit agencies, banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, corporations, churches, private individuals and partnerships.

Most recently David Massopust has specialized in the valuation of recreational land, agricultural land, forestland, conservation easements and trail corridors throughout the State of Minnesota.
